We are an unregistered, Grassroots Initiative

Stop treating the symptoms. Come uproot the cause.

A safer society for women cannot be created by correcting men at 25 — it must be shaped in children at 10.

The Core Truth

There is a pattern we cannot ignore. Crimes against women are not confined to one class, one city, or one level of education. From infants to elderly women, from urban schools to rural households, the issue persists.

Degrees have increased. Awareness campaigns have multiplied. Yet, the core problem remains largely untouched. Because the problem does not begin in adulthood. It begins in upbringing.

We are witnessing increasing cases involving juveniles, the suppression of incidents within institutions, and a severe lack of value-based upbringing frameworks. Exposure without guidance leads to distortion, and silence in institutions allows issues to grow unchecked.

What Makes 'Us' Different

We are not trying to:

  • "Reduce" crimes
  • "React" after incidents
  • Rely solely on awareness campaigns

We are working to eliminate the root cause.

We intend to educate young children to respect women and train teachers for those below 10 years. Every society is a reflection of how its children are raised. If we want a future where women are not just safe, but respected, empowered, and central to growth, the work must begin at the foundation.

BE.THEMAN Initiative

BE.THEMAN is not just another awareness-driven initiative. It is a preventive, early-intervention model designed to reshape how the next generation thinks, behaves, and respects.

We focus on:

  • Children aged 10–16 – shaping attitudes before they solidify.
  • Teachers and parents – equipping them with tools to guide children effectively.
  • Controlled social influence – addressing the impact of peers, media, and environment.

How We Will Work:

We will engage directly with schools, communities, and young individuals (with parental consent) through:

  • Interactive workshops and engagement programs.
  • Skits, storytelling, and visual learning (films, staged performances).
  • Mentorship and behavioural observation-based feedback systems.
  • Psychological guidance sessions.
  • Structured parental and teacher training modules.

Join the Foundation

We are initiating our hiring process for students between the ages of 16 and 21. Currently, positions are unpaid, but select students might be given scholarships in the future based on demonstrated financial need (50% weightage) and performance contributions (50% weightage).
